At Ultra Unique Gifts, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@ultrauniquegifts or call (469) 278-6285 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:
- Personal care items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@ultrauniquegifts with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
